This template is not a substitute for therapy or counseling. Ideally it could be used with the help of a therapist trained in BFRBs. A therapist can be a great part of your social support in overcoming BFRBs. I am not a therapist; I am someone with lived experience of Skin Picking Disorder. Most of what I know about this I learned in a support group through NOCD, which I can highly recommend.
